Help on starting to Body Build...newb


Hi everyone my name is Spencer, And I am 14 5'0"(very short for my age)And 85 pounds. I was wondering about getting a plan for BodyBuilding And if I am too young? I dont go to the gym, so I want at home exercises. ANd what should I eat? How much of what? And waht at home exercises when and how many reps and sets? I just nned to know everything.

No offence bro, but for that type of post you would get flammed off the board at most sites. NO ONE can say ok heres exactly what you have to do, because everyone is different. Use the search feature on this site and read some articles online first, then come to use with specific questions left unanswered.
