Help! Please!


im a 18 yr old guy...and i practice muay thai, about 1 hr and im beggining weight lifting, i want to get big, but also cut...im on the MAX-OT program for the 3rd time right now...i just bought AP mega protein with 27,9 gr of protein per serv... sooo my question is...how many times per week should i practice muay thai?...can i do max -ot and muay thai the same day?...when should i take my milshake?...thanks for the help yall!, ill aprecciate it!

I too practice martial arts. Previously when I have trained for fights I would do my kickboxing workout (Focus mitts, thai pads, sparring, etc...) of an evening 5 days/wk. In the mornings on M W F I would do cardio and on T Th S I would lift. Be careful though, because it is easy to burn muscle instead of build it if you don't get enough calories. I would focus more on quality calories and carbs, than on protein. If you are getting 1.5 grams of ptein per pound of weight you should be fine.
I drink two servings of whey before and after a workout and a good carb/creatine drink during.

wait wait wait... lets see...only thursdat and saturday u lift?? but max needs at least 3 days per week...what happens if u burn muscle? i dunno if i burned mine, but i dont think so....and about carbs...can u get them driking coke? or any type of sugar type drink?...i cant work out in the mornings becouse i gotta go to schooll, so what can you recommend me?....like for example, im free from 4:30 pm, till night....at which time should i lift? cna i do monday lifting and muay thai....tuesday muay thai...wednesday lifting and muay thai.....thursday muay thai...and friday lifting?...can dat be done? thanks for the help bro! ..if you talk about quality calories and carbs of what foods are we talking about??
