I too practice
martial arts. Previously when I have trained for fights I would do my kickboxing workout (Focus mitts, thai pads, sparring, etc...) of an evening 5 days/wk. In the mornings on M W F I would do cardio and on T Th S I would lift. Be careful though, because it is easy to
burn muscle instead of build it if you don't get enough calories. I would focus more on quality calories and carbs, than on protein. If you are getting 1.5 grams of ptein per pound of weight you should be fine.
I drink two servings of whey before and after a workout and a good carb/creatine drink during.
