Question

HELP!!! Question about muscle soreness!!

Hey everyone,
Iwent a little too hard yesterday, and my legs are killing me today, in particular my quads.. Im wondering if I should go and do cardio today (exercise bike) or not. I missed my last cardio session and I wanted to do it today, but I know it's going to be painful.. Should I suck it up and go, or should I wait it out until tomorrow? Thanks for any responses, Im so new at all this I dont want to be stupid about anything and set myself back any.

I would go do a light cardio session, 10-15 max. This will help losen the muscles up some.

I did the same thing Friday, my legs were killing me Saturday. I did my normal cardio, 20 minutes on a stepper, burned like hell and it seemed that I got winded doing my normal routine. My legs are still still sore (not as much) but my cardio didn't add to the muscle pain.
