Help with My Summer Routine

I was wondering if my routine would be affective, and if there is any questions on what kind of excersises I would be doing or how many reps, sets, etc. just ask

>Morning get up, and run on my treadmill for 30 minutes (though I think Im going to change it to 45 minutes) at higher speeds, since I heard cardio in the morning is good for getting your metabolism up high, for the entire day. Im also going to throw in some skipping.

>do some weighted ab workouts

>Later that same day in the evening:
Mondays: Back/Biceps/Forearms

Tuesday: Break

Wednesday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Thursday:Break

Friday: Quads/Calves/Hamstrings

Saturday: Break

Sunday: Rotator Cuffs, and alot more Abs workouts

Could you helpful people help me imporve on this routine, since Im looking to see some results come the end of summer thanks!

Is there a day where you arent doing cardio or weight training? You should atleast one day where you can relax without working out

Drop the back-to-back abdominals and it's a fine 3 day split.

My diet is pretty good I guess, I dont eat and junk food, and pretty much I watch my intakes of sugar and sodium, as well as unhealthy fats and oils, and I try to keep my protein count up to build bulk! As for reps, that would all depend on the way I was feeling that day
