Help with stacking


Can anyone help me with 'stacking'

Basically,I am taking one progain shake in the morning and one after training,
this is the maximuscle supplement,
a fitness instructer said it was time for me to start stacking,
he said I should start taking maximuscle cyclone with my progain

the question is how do I take it

do I have seperate shakes at seperate times
or do I add a scoop of cyclone to my progain shake ?

thanks for any advice


m 33 12 st training 2 years reasonable build,lifting heavy trying to get big

Progain is whey + malto, cyclone is creatine + malto, you would take both after working out. I wouldn't get too wrapped up with suppliments if I were you, creatine can help and whey and MRPs are a convenient way of getting enough calories, thats all they are, they're not magic potions.

Did the instructor give any reasons to exactly why it is time for you to 'stack' ? It sounds like your instructor is not very knowledgable to me, I don't know any decent instructors that would say that for advice.... people worth anything in that field will always tell you that diet comes first, you don't need to stack at all just a whey shake after training is all that's needed for gains if it's combined with a good diet.
