Hey guys


Whats up guys im new to this webpage.Im looking for some tips to get stronger and more "cut".Im 16 5'9'' and weigh 155 lbs.Ive been lifting weights for about a yr now,but ive been exercising since i was 14(doing pushups situps running,things of that sort)
Im not really getting more "cut".Ive been trying to eat right and i think thats prolly most of the problem.If u have any tips please help me out

Im no super expert like some of the guys here but protein protein protein.....and low fat intake.

Just scan through a lot of the threads here and you can find a plethora of information.

Steve posted a pretty good diet for getting ripped. Follow the links because I think this is what you are looking for. Also, Powerboss is right. Protein, protein, protein and watch your fat. Make sure you get enough Omega 3's
