Hey guys, just joined the board. I used to post on www.fitnessboard.com under Jock99 but it unfortunately just got closed down so I had to find some new bro's.

I know I'm a newbie but you won't get any stupid questions from me, if I want some info I'll search first, ask second, anyone who did that got a real flaming on the fitnessboard!

I haven't seen any real flaming in this board so far, we take it easy...
I post a lot on dsmtalk.com (car related) and the cool thing about that site is that the mods won't edit any of the posts, so if there's flaming going on it just keeps going untill they close the thread... and they usualy don't delete it...
