Question

Hey. I'm new. And need some advice, Please help!

Hey. Im new to this site, and pretty new to weight training as well. I'm starting it and I'm on this train to go and I'm gonna come on strong. I want to work on my arms, tone and shape them, as well as my pecks and my chest area, my shoulders. But most of all, I want my six pack to show. So...here's where the questions come in.
I want my six pack. I workout 3 times a week, but what else do I need to do. I'm going on a diet, but what exactly do I need to eat? And what do I need to drink? And what type of cardio excercises are good, and how OFTEN shall I do them? PLEASE PLEASE help me. Whatever you guys think I need to do I will do.
I am 15, 140 pds. and about 6 foot. And I want to lose body fat, lower my body fat percentage majorly and I want to build mucle as well...Six pack is my main goal, HOWEVER; I want to work other areas as well.
Holla bak

Timothy

6 ft, 140 lbs. Do you know your bf%? It sounds like you could use to build some mass before you start cutting.

No, unfortunately I don't kno my BF% yet...I'm tryin to find out but I don't know how, and I haven o access to a gym to find out. As fasr as buildin mass goes...I've been takin in lots of protien and carbs, that should help right?
But see here's the thing: I don't wanna be ARNOLD. lol, if you feel me. I wanna be toned,, nice arms, cut pecks, and a six pack, but I don't wanna be buldging out of my clothes, do you get what I'm saying? So building mass isn't important is it?
I thought you only needed to build mass if you were aimin to be mr. universe type of thing?

THANKS for the reply, preciate it!
