Eat like a f*cken man and f*ck the yogurt bullsh*t. Stay away from the pasta too.
Eat 5-6 meals a day, and make sure you take in 1 gram of protein for every pound of
body weight.
If you want to grow, lift HEAVY!!! The best way to get rid of fat is to gain lean muscle. It's that simple!
I'm at the gym 3 days a week for 45 minutes. That includes stretching and warm-ups. I don't BS and talk with friends. I hit the f*cken weights like a madman. After each workout, I can barely move. 45 minutes EOD is all is takes.
I'm 6'0", 200 lbs., with a 30 inch waist ... I don't know my
body fat percentage, but I'm sure it's around 11%.
I haven't done a second of cardio other than walking to the fridge.
I don't eat yogurt, pasta, fruit, or rice cakes. Lots of chicken and lots of protein shakes and bars. Moderate the fat, and eliminate the sugar.
NO Diet Coke!! Drink water!!! 2 gallons a day!
