Cool

Hi!

Hi im new to this webpage and id like to tell you a bit about myself
first i like to write in one long sentence and rarely start a new one heh
second im 22 i live in the springfield ma area but im originally from San jose california but ive also lived in colorado if you were to ask me which place id rather live id tell you cali but since i have a good group of close nit friends here i choose to stay
ive been working out off and on illregularly for about the last year(with weights that is) i really should hit the gym more often since i work at a local wendys my weight fluctuates between 190 and 205 right now being the lesser my height is about 6'0
I also take muso jikiden enshin ryu iaijustu which ill just refer to as iai or iaido its a katana based martial art involving no hand to hand combat ive been taking this for about 2 years
my goals for fitness to me are simple
maintain somewhat lean but gain strength bulk is something i dont want
i really dont want to weight more then 225 - 235 at the very most i personally like my weight now and iai is a sport that can be hard on the knees so extra weight wouldnt be good
currently ive been most interested in isometrics after having read "Expressing the human body" Based on Bruce lee's journals or his own workouts i feel he is a great role model and feel he is the best example of 'great things in small packages"
anything i didnt cover? just ask im more then willing to answer
