Hi i'm new to the whole body exercize/building/fitness thing just wondered if anyone knew any effective exercizes (without equipment i have no exercize equipment) to tone down ones Stomach i seem to have developed a beer gut obviously i cut down on the booze alot too but just wondered if anyone knew any good exercizes and if you could be so kind to tell me them in detail on here. Well..you always have push up/pull ups/sit ups/dips and regular old running. I've personally never really done much bodyweight exercising so i'm afraid I can't help you out much but I can tell you that your probably going to have to fix yourself up with a proper diet to get any real good weight/fat loss. Also you can't spot reduce fat so don't just start doing sit ups like crazy.

You can't spot reduce with exercise, but you can eat a diet that supports a healthy weight and follow an exercise routine that will allow you the benefit of overall fitness. Doing so should lead to a big improvement in how your midsection looks.
Try weight training 2-3 x per week and cardiovascular training 5-6 x per week along with a wholesome diet.
