hiatus...

>_<

I was getting stronger and faster after lifting for 4 months... Then school slowly took its toll on me.

Well now I'm back in the game. Motivated again and back with tons of questions XD

Its not like I lost my strength...(I only stopped mid Feb) but i look differently (not as strong and love handles are more pronounced some how!)

My goal is to get cut and I plan on getting stronger now. I took this from a thread somewhere on here and moved some stuff around (it enticed me)

Monday
- Squats
- Bench Press
- Skull Crushers
- Calf Raises
- Military Press
- Crunches
- Bent over rows
- BB Curls

Tuesday
Cardio

Wednesday
- Deadlifts
- Incline DB Bench
- Upright Rows
- Pullups
- Hammer Curls

Thursday
Cardio

You see the cycle? Lift 1, Cardio, Lift 2, Cardio, Lift 1, Cardio, Lift 2

Hopefully I'll lose some body fat (get rid of these damn love handles), pronounce some muslces and look somewhat cut...hopefully I can attain these goals within 6-8 months (I lose and gain weight at will, so maybe 6 months is possilbe)

I'm 6'1, ~184.

Look reasonable?

Critiquie please.

Looks good to me. Weight days will take a long time. Be sure you are still getting enough calories so you don't crash before you reach your goal.
