I have always liked the high pully's Steve. Just seems to work the chest a bit better for me than the low ones. Of course, it could just be my technique.

Can you tell me about your technique. My inner upper chest really needs some serious work. I did both ( low and high ) yesterday and I can feel my upper chest hurting more than normal, but it seems that the little inner part is almost untouched. It hurts a little though.

Incline flys, Incline BP, and I guess low pullys would work that the best. The upper part of the pectoral is two attachments, one goes to the clavical, the other to the upper part of your sternum. They both move your arms in and up.
I can't say I have many tips on inner/outer part of that pectoral attachment, you'll just have to make the whole thing grow.
Grab the pulley's, take a step forward, lean forward a bit at the waist with one foot in front of the other. Put a slight bend in my elbows, lock the arms and pull towards the front of the chest crossing the hands when they get that far.
