High repetitions


Ok im a little new at weighlifting and for me being very skinny is there really any reason for lifting light? Im 16 yrs old 6'1 155lbs and im benching 225, squatting around 300, and only deadlifting like 270.

probably not. Stay heavy and stay basic. Good numbers so far for your size, keep it up.
