hip flexor


how do you strengthen this?

What do you want to strengthen your hip flexors for, out of curiosity?

How does the flexors weakness manifest itself for you?

i'll get the specific illness later to y'all but it creates a numb and sometimes pinching sensation in my right hip.

So you have a diagnosed illness that involves your hip flexor?

That is pertinent information anyone should be enlightend to -- especially if, like myself, they're providing suggestions.

Ooooo BOOYA MERRIDA! lol just kidding...

Isu. is that the tingle numb pain you were experiencing?

Hanging leg raises all day dude... and some weighted decline situps to go along with it.

thanks. coach also suggested A skip but bringing leg back and driving hard forward, as well as stepups and drive other leg up HARD.

yea those work too... but you can use weights doing decline situps and hanging leg raises... so whatever you or the coach thinks is better it will all work.
