i actually think that i might have strained my groin. i have been using a diiferent form for squats over the past 3 months. i used to have my feet close together, but know i use a much wider base. my groin is usually a little sore after squats, but it has never lasted like this. also my hip flexor is usually tired after squats but never hurts. this does not affect me when i run. it only hurts when i am in my linbacker stance wich is a
squat position but
leaning forward, also when it bring my knee to my stomach. it does not hurt when i actually squat. it also seems like it pops somtimes when i am walking. i am going to see how it is in about a week and if it still hurts i will see a doctor.
