Question

Hit a plateau!

Hey whats up guy? I am 5'10/150 lbs. I've been working our for quite a while now, and it seems like I've hit a plateau. I train hard when im in the gym and i dont overwork my muscles. Is there anything i can do to overcome this and progress in weight-lifting?

have 2 routines, week one do a routine, then the next week do your other routine and keep doing this so your muscles dont get used to the same work out week in and week out

You don't mention anything about diet. How much are you eating and what are you eating?

Right-O. If you don't feed your machine with the right building materials, you'll very definitely find yourself high-centered ... spinning your wheels and going nowhere. Examine your food volume, balance, and timing.

could be your diet, could be your routine. could be that you just need a break for a week.

My natural assumption at your weight would be your diet because you should be packing on the calories and growing one way or another

well, there's your reason for plateauing- ****ty diet; if had good genetics you could do that and be like 5'10, 250, but you arn't obviously (no offence meant, just stating the truth).

poor diet = poor results over-tiem

I've seen women 5'10 250 lbs eating like that but they didn't look like they had good genetics
