Hit a wall?

I ve been working out for a about 6 months and at first i saw a good amount of results, but its not so latley. Have I hit a wall? I change my routine every 6 to 8 weeks somewhat and I think that it is a solid routine. I am tryin to build a little bit more size in my arms and chest, yet lose fat in my abs n sides and get leaner. Any suggestions?

you will find that most people have a huge surge when they first start working out. and it halts after a few months... stick with it. work hard and you will slowly progress.

try something different say like max-ot or HIT. possibly full body workouts etc..

sqaut and deadlift...

what nate said is all valid but maybe iuts also cuz you're trying to get bigger and thinner at the same time. maybe try sticking to just getting bigger for now. that way you don't have to worry about how many calories you consume or how much cardio you do. then once you've gotten bigger, focus on getting more lean.

nothing wrong with gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, but you REALLY need to manage your diet. maybe take a look at what you're doing - if you're not losing fat, then you might need to shave a couple hundred calories or drop the fat percentage and up the protein.

also, make sure you're taking a week off every couple months - gives your body time to fully recuperate and recharge.

Well thanks for the replies, ill be sure to try to do that. I know I need to up my protien for sure. Currently I am going to the gym 4 days a week and spliting up my workouts with 2 areas a day I also warm-up for 12 mins with 30-40 mins of cardo during workout days .. while i was looking at a sticky i think i saw sumthing about the cardio.

PS i do squat but i dont deadlift .. i dont want to get hurt because i dont really know how.
