hmm, ab problem


i have absolutely great looking upper abs, but the bottom two barely show. what can i do to build them up?

Genetics could be a big player in the the lack of noticeable lower abs... can't really change who your mom and dad are.

It could also be fat covering the lower abs which is a problem solved with diet and cardio.

Exercises like weighted crunches and leg raises will help build up your abs if they're just that weak but I doubt that's the problem. Your abs usually are all worked pretty much the same as each other (i.e. upper abs are worked as much as lower abs) so if you do any sort of ab workout, your entire abs should be equally as strong.

If it's not fat, it's probably genetics, and in that case, yell at mommy and daddy.
