how are my maxes


i am 16 and 4 months old 6 foot 170 lbs my body fat% is 5-6. my maxes are:
bench 215
squat330
power clean 200
incline bench 170
have not maxed in dead lift in about a year but last time it was a little under 400

wow! I wish I was anywhere near that at age 16! I think my max at age 16 on bench was like 120 lbs lol. keep it up!

yeah well that deadlift at almost 400.... if that is correct then thats especially impressive i don't know (m)any 16 year olds that can pull close to that.

yeah really! he is almost in the 1000 lb club with those lifts.

yeah the 1000 pound club we have that printed in our weight room. we have about 7 guys on our team on there, but our highest is at bout 1200

yeah the sheet really motivates me. the highest are all seniors, and im a junior, so it gives me a goal to get to before i graduate high school.
