eat eat and eat somemore.

a friend put on like 20 lbs in a couple months by eating nothing but peanut butter and banana sandwhiches on wheat bread. he washed it down with a protein shake.

I am 5'11" and 155lb. I used to be 135lb. like you. So I got my hands on some Mega Mass and pigged out on everything. I went up to 165lb. But it was to much fat, so next time, I'm gonna eat right. I suggest you do, too.

if u wanna get big, u gotta eat....i mean if u do a killer workout but u dont eat anything afterwards there will be nothing to go into the muscle and repair it and make it even stronger, eating is just as important if not more than lifting. If u ever find urself bored try grabbing a bar or shake or even better a whole meal.

close to 0% body fat. that's not right. if you're rewally lean you're probably around 7 or 8%
