i need to put on and wieght!! i only wiegh about 135Ibs with 13 inch arms 15yrs old and at 5/10 i'm not the bulkiest kid around i have pretty much 0% body fat and i'm not weak i can do about 2x30 close
grip chin ups i can bench about 150 1 rep max and i have really good
muscle tone but would love to put on "at least" 15lbs in the next couple months if i can heres my routine
1.chest shoulders triceps
2.legs
3.back biceps traps
for most of my workouts i do 3sets of 6 to 8 reps with 3 differnt exersizes for each muscle group
i would love to put on a couple pounds so if you have any advise please make a post
