How do I find my body fat percentage?

Any way to do it at home here? I don't have those clippers things or whatever they are called.

Hmmmm -- body fat "clippers". I feel an infomertial coming on .

No seriously though, you can go to google and type in body fat calculator. There are a billion of them. Some are more accurate than others. This is the only way I know of that you can test your BF% at home without any equipment. This is NOT by far the most accurate method. But, if you use the same calculator every time and measure yourself consistently then you can record progress.

go to any training gym, ask them to do a body fat exam on you and see what they say, sometimes they do it for freee.. so why not take the opportunity while you can.

If you are from north Jersey call Health Star (RexPlex) in Ramsey and ask for Artie, the trainer.
