How do you work your upper chest closer toward your collar bone and the center?

I am wondering what exercises work the upper part of your chest (closer to your collar bone) and also in the center of your chest? Like incline or decline, or?

Thanks - Tom

these parts of your chest generally fill out once you add overall mass to your chest. incline bench works the upper chest, while flat bench works the middle. i would incorporate both for maximum chest development. however, there are no excersizes specifically for building mass by your collar bone or inner area. these will fill in with time.
