I just started week 3 of BFL. This is the only program I'm able to follow because I'm not starving on it. I've been fairly strict with it, only eating junk on cheat day. I've been working out hard six days per week. It feels like I'm in
boot camp.

I usually spend an hour doing weights 3 days per week and instead of only doing cardio 3x per week I've been adding it in on weight days. My cardio has been 20min treadmill, 20 min bike and 5 laps in the pool, sometimes I'll just do aerobics.
So, after two weeks I've lost 5 lbs and about 2 inches. Is this good? I feel like I should have lost 10 lbs just because of the shock I've put my body in. I've never worked out this hard in my life. I've got a good 20-30 pounds to lose and I know that the less weight you have to lose the harder it is to get it off.
