How is my workout routine?


I am 5'10, 160 pounds, average strength. I just started this routine a couple of weeks ago. my uncle that was a body builder made it for me. do you guys think it's good?

just started a new workout routine. Is this a good workout routine?
Monday- chest, back, biceps.
Tuesday- legs, shoulder, tris.
Wednesday- none
Thursday- chest, back, and bis
Friday- legs, shoulders, tris
Excercises (3 sets unless noted otherwise)

Back- wide grip pulldowns (to rear)
wide grip pulldwons to chest
Rowing machine

Chest-
flatflies
flat bench
Incline Flies

Biceps-
standing curls- bar
dumbell curl
preacher curls

Legs-
Leg Extension 4
Leg Curls 4
Leg Press 4
calves- 2-3

Shoulders-
military press- seated
smith machine (behind the neck)
side laterals

Triceps-
pushdown- arms 3-4 inches apart
another tricep machine

o and also. my uncle said that after a month he'l add stuff onto it. do you think it's bad that i don't do forearm stuff?

you get forearms just from holding weights.

i think you should do
monday- chest/tri's, and do like 3 lifts for both of them
tuesday- run/abs/calves
wednesday-back/bi's
thursday-run/abs
friday-legs/shoulders, and for legs and shoulders do like squats and military press,
what are you working out for/mass or cuts or what?

i dont know. i wanta get cut. i think. will my current routine help me get cut?

do like 3x10-12 on most of your lifts, it looks like your overworking some of your muscles in your routine, man just wait till tommorow you'll get lots of responses maybe from site moderators that know what their talking about more than me.

Yeah i usually do 3x 10-12 reps on each excercises. in the last 3 weeks ive increased my weight on every excercise which means im getting stronger. and like if i do biceps on monday, wednesday they'll look a lot bigger, then i lift thursday, they'll go back to normal, and then on sunday they get bigger.
