I searched bodybuilding.com's workout database and came across SAIS. It seems logical. Anyone have any thoughts? The idea behind SAIS is to stimulate fast twitch, intermediate twitch, and slow twitch fibers by lowering the weight and doing higer reps. Here was my workout on Monday:
3x6 - Bench Press
2x10 -
Incline Bench Press
1x20 -
Decline Bench Press (they say Vertical Bench Press, but I wasn't sure what it was when I was in the gym, so I did a decline)
3x6 - Wide Grip Barbell Curl
2x10 - Seated Dumbell Curl
1x20 - Narrow Grip EZ Bar Curl
Today they have me doing
3x6 - Squats
2x10 - Leg Press
1x20 - Hack Squat
