How is this training plan - Specific Adaption to Imposed Stress

I searched bodybuilding.com's workout database and came across SAIS. It seems logical. Anyone have any thoughts? The idea behind SAIS is to stimulate fast twitch, intermediate twitch, and slow twitch fibers by lowering the weight and doing higer reps. Here was my workout on Monday:

3x6 - Bench Press
2x10 - Incline Bench Press
1x20 - Decline Bench Press (they say Vertical Bench Press, but I wasn't sure what it was when I was in the gym, so I did a decline)

3x6 - Wide Grip Barbell Curl
2x10 - Seated Dumbell Curl
1x20 - Narrow Grip EZ Bar Curl

Today they have me doing
3x6 - Squats
2x10 - Leg Press
1x20 - Hack Squat

Here's a link to the article: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jeff1.htm

Any thoughts? Thanks.

LOL that Article is funny. Its not SAIS.. its SAID. They basicly changed the name of something developed in the 1900's to pimp a program and to pimp a company line.

Another great thing is.. there so called 'science' base on this article is flawed and was basicly wrote up by some idiot who felt his logic in his own head was correct. Notice no studies to back up any of his claims?

Last thing I cant stand is this guy and 'company' needs to learn the true meaning of intensity and stop defining it as training to failure or basing it off personal subjective effort.
