I started going to the gym on Thursday, and I did a full body workout (all of the circuit training machines, 9 of them as I remember), and then about 15 minutes of cardio. I went back to the Gym friday and did about 40 minutes of hard cardio.
Now my question is this: How long should I wait to go back to the gym? I couldn't go yesterday because I my
upper body was still hurting from Thursdays workout (mostly my
pectoralis minor and
teres minor muscles). My legs still hurt from Fridays cardio.
I really enjoy going to the gym, but I don't want to go back too soon and inhibit my progress by injuring myself.
