Hi i am a little unsure on how long i should be bulking for?
At the moment i am 6`1 and 187 pounds (im on creatine at the moment) so that may effect my weight and put it up a bit but im normally around that anyway.
Now i am going away at the start of December and i really want to look good.
Should i bulk right up until 3 months before december so the start of september, and then cut until i go away cause i really need to put on size first before i cut.
or should i bulk for 12 weeks (have been for 2 weeks so 10 left) then cut for 6, then try and maintain the
body fat and just add
lean muscle for the rest of year?
i dont feel i will be really able to do the second one because im doing my last year of studies and it can get busy and if i need to be watching my calories whilst cutting etc and counting it can get on top of me.
I am just hoping the first option will work do you think?
