How long will it take to start seeing visual results?
I'm finishing week 4 of my workout routine. I separate workouts (legs, back, arms, shoulders, chest). I take a Serious Mass shake everyday as well as 2 GNC Amplified Creatine pills. I turn 17 in September and when i started i weighed 135, after 4 weeks I weigh 140-142. How long will it take to get in the 150s and start seeing visual results?
