How long will it take to start seeing visual results?


I'm finishing week 4 of my workout routine. I separate workouts (legs, back, arms, shoulders, chest). I take a Serious Mass shake everyday as well as 2 GNC Amplified Creatine pills. I turn 17 in September and when i started i weighed 135, after 4 weeks I weigh 140-142. How long will it take to get in the 150s and start seeing visual results?

Don't mix your routine up. Do full body. Eat clean. Build a good foundation FIRST before you try all this other stuff, or you'll most likely just end up frustrated, spinning your wheels, and it'd be sad if you lost interest because of that.
