My stomach is pretty flat, no fat really since im considered underweight, but my weight comes from muscle on other parts of body. not fat. so i look decent... so im starting my ab routine as well...crunches... and leg raises..but they are starting to hurt my back..so i was wondering 2 things..any other home exercises for lower abs? and how long would the results take to show? my
upper abs have already been developed wlel somehow..it just needs toning to show the 'cuts' so it looks like a 2 bulge pack right now with a
flat stomach haha kinda like a hot girls stomach
