How long would you suggest staying on a power and strength program?

I am getting ready to lift for strength and power (low volume/ high intensty). I haven't done this for quite some time. How long would you suggest staying on a power and strength program? I don't want to risk burn-out, or injury.
Thanks

A strength program should last between 9-13 weeks. This will give you enough time to slowly increase the weight until you peak. You can start your strength program over again at the end. Call this guy, 626-890-4466, he can tell you all you need to know.
