How many calories do you think I burn?

Four to five days a week at work we have a truck that comes in. Anywhere from 1600 to 2000 boxes weighing anywhere from 28,000 to 44,000 lbs total. It usually takes around 80 minutes to unload completely. Now all I do is pick up the boxes and put them on the line and push it down and out of the truck. When we are done unloading the truck im normally sweating like a pig, worse then if i ran 1 hour on the treadmill at the gym. Any ideas on how many calories im probably burning?

www.caloriesperhour.com

You may find something similar to that on tthis site. Its a great way to guestimate what you might be burning

Per hour though, you may be burning 1500-2000 calories depending on how out of shape you are and how big.
