I am starting a serious
training routine and I've been looking at different training plans. I used the Bodybuilding.com workout database search, but I'm not sure as to how many days a week I should train? I've done lifting in the past, but would lift for a couple weeks, then slack off for a week or two, so I'm not sure how well the routine worked. My previous training routine was each body part once a week. It just doesn't seem like enough though. I'm 20, 6' 2", 214lbs, about 20% BF. I am going for
fat loss and muscle growth/tone. If I do a 3 day split twice a week, it doesn't seem like enough rest. Any tips?
