Question

How many exercises do you do per body part?


Just curious, for those who lift one body part per day, once a week, how many exercises do you perform for each body part?

generally 5 or 6 for chest, shoulders, back, legs, ie..the large groups, 3-4 for bi's tri's, but workem hard. don't pussyfoot!
