Dude, thats like a 1.5-2 year goal, realistically. Anyone who says different is trying to sell you sometihng. Check the stickies in the nutrition section for what you need. Supplements come after you have a diet and training schedule defined.

I dont see a point in taking 1g to 2g of protien per pound. There have been many studies (including a Kent State study) that show that there is no further protien synthesis when you go from 1.6g per kg to 2.4g per kg. There is just no point in protien mega dosing.
