Hello, I am 5~{!/~}10 and weigh about 184lbs at this moment. I would like to get down to 175. I use to weigh around 200 but with 5 days a cardio *(30-40 min. jog) and watching precisely what I eat (
calorie intake, protein, carbs, fats, sat fat, fiber) 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fats (limiting saturated fats to 10% of calorie intake I have lost weight. I lift weights 5 days a week working chest, biceps, back, neck, and abs one day and triceps, shoulders, abs, and legs the next. Wednesday and Sunday are my off day.
My question is: I am having a problem with my chest. I have a six-pack and my entire body is pretty ripped, but my chest is flabby, soft and my nipples are sort of big. When it~{!/~}s cold outside or when I jump in the pool my chest tenses up and hardens and my nipples shrink and for about 5 minutes I am 100% satisfied with my body. It is just when my chest relaxes back to normal and my nipples go back to normal size then I become displeased. I have never took any supplements, never took steroids, or anything else. I believe its cheating~{!-~}I believe in cardio, eating correctly, and
weight training. What I am asking you is what can I do to shrink my chest, to get the flab (fat off of it) I like being ripped I don~{!/~}t want to be big and bulky. Please any information on how I can get rid of my chest and shrink my nipples would be greatly appreciated. I have tried everything push-ups everyday all day long, precision eating, galloons of water, etc..
