Well, about me. I am 25yrs old. I have been lifting for about one year now and very serious this last fall.
I have gained from 150lbs to 170lbs and I am 5'9. I am happy with the
increased weight but I used to be really lean and now I am @ 15% BF and I hate it. I gained that much because I used some sort of gainer, but I have switched to pure protein now.
My goal is to maintain this weight and drop in bodyfat to below 10%.
I lift 2-4 times per week depending on mood and recently I have started running/power walking about 45 minutes before breakfast.
I have thought about CKD diet but I think its a bit to extreme for me.
Can you give me some hints how I can maintain this weight and
lose bodyfat?
I dont drink alcohol or smoke. I dont eat candy but I drink lemonad like there was no tomorrow. (Coca-Cola to stay awake, and due to the fact I dont drink coffee).
