I think the best way to lose fat is the combination of healthy eating havit, and regural exercise which contains both cardio and strengh training exercise.
How much cal. you are supporse to take depends on your gender, weight, age and how much you exercise every day.
I have been attempting to do this lately. I have substituted fruit for candy and such.
I guess the changes will be gradual. I have the will-power to limit my calories, but I just don't want to reverse my muscle gains by reducing too many calories.
have you looked into the fat loss supplements like hydoxycut etc...ive heard some good responses to these tabs although i cant give you a personal opinion on them, when i begin to cutup i reckon ill use the aid of these supplements with a bit of cardio and higher reps.
