How to tell the onset of tendonitis?
Started lifting again Friday after a few months off. Through the weekend my muscles weren't really sore, although they seemed tighter, but there was a tendon (im guessing) from about 1" above the elbow to 6" below the sholder blade that was sore (is this a tendon or undeveloped muscle?) Also, sore right to right of the right shoulder blade and to the left of the left one. Is this a warning sign or a sign of a good workout?
