Well he should have paid more attention, or spoken to someone who knew what they were talking about... though I get the feeling I know why a lot of people aren't rushing to be his bud.

But at least he can deadlift

Note to the kiddies watching out there - don't try this at home !!!

strictly for entertainment purposes only, his journal on bb.com is gold, PM for the address (dunno how PC it is to post it right here)

..

Merrida: just wait for the oddities to become convinced they are gods of iron via internet message boards (and sometimes a word in the ear might also help ) and they will film it themselves and put it on the web for all to laugh/cringe at.

Titus: yes that is definately not the proper way to deadlift ... I can tell you that and I don't know anything, that's how 'not proper' it is He's bound to hurt himself bad lifting like that.

The dude is funny. He is putting alot of effort into such a terrible lift. His squat isn't even to parallel. On his deadlift, he's basically stiff-leggin it from the starting position, good luck when you blow out a disc. Try telling people these things though, they get thoughts in thier heads and once they've convinced themselves, it's there to stay. Cest la vi...

To me, one-rep sets to max are pleas for serious injury. I see absolutely no sense in it.
