hst question


ok i have started a hst workout but it seems like just doing 3 sets of some exercises isnt doing a lot. im not getting any soreness. is this normal or would it be ok to do an extra set as long as i am recovering for the next workout?

No. Stick with the program. You have to realize that the basis of the plan is an increase in (work)load over time. Forget every way you used to evaluate your workouts and have some faith in the process.
