Hungry

Ive read elsewhere people forcing themselves to eat more food in order to build muscles. Some people are struggling to move away from the tradtional three meals a day saying they just dont feel hungry.

However since i been going gym my hunger seems to have grown?! Is this possible??

Does gym / weight lifting make you hungry? lol

Absolutely, anything that ignites your metabolism is going to make you hungry. When you work, your body needs more calories.

It certainly makes me hungry. I eat way more now than before I started working out.

If you're burning more calories than usual (such as by beginning a workout program) your body will want you to eat more to make up for it.
