I am a beginner. Is my routine good or can you guys give me a better one?
okay, i'm only 17 years old, i weigh 135, 5'9"-5'10"
I go to the gym every monday and wednesday, i work out every muscle usually when i go those days, i do alot of bench, my max is currently 165.
however i haven't been able to reach a new max here for now 2 months! i'm thinkin that my reutine sux, alot of times i can't even get 165 up every day! B4 my max went up sometimes 10 pounds a week or at least 5, now its stuck, i need help on a good overall reutine for all my muscles...
i dun know if we can have pics on these boards or how but i can post to show how its going along..
