I feel fine, I feel pumped, Im not tired or hurting, still overtraining?

ok the other day i was debating with my friend about something....

he works out 3 times out of 7 days, very heavy weights, high reps...little amount of excercizes per each muscle...he says thats totally enough for him....he feels the muscles.....he gets tired...obviously, we all do for some time...

i workout 6 times out of 8 days, first 3 days high reps, less weights for mass.....1 day rest....the other 3 days low reps, heavy weights for strength...1 dat rest...equals to 8 days...i do more excericez than he does.....i say thats good for me.....yes i get tired but not that much that i die over it....i love the routine i made....im satisfied..........

ok so basicly i do everything 2 times more than him.....i am totally fine....and feel fine and im not complaining.....

HE CLAIMS THAT OVERTRAINING DOESNT SHOW SYMPTOMS........BULL!

if i feel fine...with repeating all of those excercizes twice a week....im feeling fine, and i just want to workout more for myself...and for my confidence.....and im not very tired- to consider it overtraining......

i dont think i overtrain.......but now the question is....if im good and i dont feel any more tired than him......im good and can hold this routine....CAN I STILL BE OVERTRAINING???

please dont comment on my "repeating major muscles 2 times a week" routine....cuz i already had a thread for that....

i want to know, if an individual keeps on lifting and lifting and they feel totally fine and not so tired....just average

ARE THEY STILL OVERTRAINING??

and with that.......will their muscle not grow cuz of that??

i mean, now im just addicted to this routine and i refuse to stop....BUT I STILL WANNA KNOW for myself......

btw, both of us try to constantly increase 5 pounds/ week on our lifts....and we are not on creatine- which would make a difference....and both are bulking...

here is my routine now, i know many wont agree, but i love it and feel so nice doing it..theres a routine for everyone hehe

M- shoulders/ legs (12x4) less weight
T- back/ biceps (12x4) less weight
W- chest/ triceps (12x4) less weight
T- OFF
F- shoulders/ legs (6x4) very heavy
S- back/ biceps (6x4) very heavy
S- chest/ triceps (6x4) very heavy
M- OFF

i just made this routine up....i dont know if it already exists lol...i dont really care.....but when i do the 12x4- i feel so pumped up....mass!!!
when i do the 6x4- i feel like im going to get stronger and add more weights next week because of this....strength!!!...

all in one package....i rest enough in my opinion....3 days before i hit the muscle again...

for example, he does his chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms 4 times a month, i do mines 8 times a month.......i feel great......

anyways, your opinions....im stupid i know hehe, but im loviiinnnn it :-)

overtraining?

Can't tell yet... in the long term will you most likely be overtraining? Yes. But, until then if you like your routine keep going at it, just make sure to take a break when something doesn't feel right.

If you are not showing the symptoms, I do not think you are overtraining.

Actually it is caused by trapped plasma within the muscle, which then contributes to blood not being able to pump through and hence the pump. But whos countin?
