I have discovered new biceps exercise

Everyone I have just discovered a new biceps exercise all by myself with my creative ingenious mind of mine. I find it's an excellent blaster for the peak of your biceps and your inner biceps. I call it the arm wrestle blaster. What you do is grap a dumbell. (heavy enough that you can't do more than 8 reps) and then sit down against a table with arm bent at a 90 degree angle at the end of the table.(Like you are about to arm wrestle someone.) Now grab the dumbell and lower the weight under control downward (Like an imaginary person is winning) and then when you can't go down any further then start to bring the weight upward again like you're winning. Remember though not to move your elbow or your upper arm during this exercises. I tried this great exercise of mine and i gained like an inch in my biceps in a month. I think you all will be very pleased.

sounds like a good idea to me, i will be sure to give it a try. Also it should give me a better chance in a arm wrestle match. See what everyone else thinks

Sounds like it work your deltoids primarily and your brachialias secondary, which wouldn't give any peak to your biceps.

dalailama, what other exercises did you do to get such a massive growth in just one month? And what kind of shape were you in before?

It works the shoulder...rear delts anyway...when I do it. Almost no bicep involved in that movement...

it is impossible to gain a whole inch in your arm in a month. maybe in a year. this is a fact. nice idea for an exercise, though i dont see that working your bicept like cort said.

Impossible to gain an inch of Bicep in one month? A guy on our Rugby team weighed about 70kg in the middle of last year, and he was scrawny. At the moment he weighs about 110kg, and his Biceps are huge, at least a few inches larger, and most of that gain was in his first few months of weight training. (BTW, 1kh = about 2.2lbs)

He's not fat, not really any fat on him at all. He certainly has commitment. He started fitness training as well as weights for this Rugby season very early, it's been almost a year now. We've had a few games already this season, and he did actually get drug tested in the first - he was fine. Surely it's believable that with enough comittment and determination these sort of gains are possible? I certainly hope so, I myself wouldn't mind size like his.

I seriously doubt thats possible. I dont care if he was tested or not, I dont believe it. Even with Roids, thats still tough to imagine.

I agree that sounds like a lot more of a lateral and front delt exercise, it would probably be hell on the forearms too.

Ranger, it is possible i reckon because listen to what Jimma is saying, HE WAS SCRAWNY! so when he started training he was GROWING and offcourse bodybuilders roided up cant make this type of gain, becuase they themselves are already to a limit with their size!
