I love to hate arm exercises

O.k, I hate arm exercises, in fact, the only reason is well because I have skinny arms and I want to beef them up... obivously. Anyway, I always only do bicep curls, pushups, and pullups. That's all. I don't have any fancy equipment or anything, so I'm not too good about working my triceps or a varied sort of exercise for the rest of my arms. Well, so, I guess I'm asking can I beef up my arms from only these exercises + my diet (in which I'm trying to gain mass) ?

Good way to beef up your arms and shoulders without fancy equipment is to do handstand pushups. Put your hands about 18" from the wall, kick your feet up over your head and rest them on the wall for balance. Then do push ups. Killer exercise.

Since I know what you are talking about, I got this excersize for you, it's for your triceps.

Take a chair, or use the end of your sofa, and I don't know how to really explain this that well, anywyas, I'll try to find a picture on the net for you , anyways, put your arms behind you (90 degrees ), holding on to the chair, at the edge, and do like squats, why holding on, it works your triceps , uses your bodyweight

those are bench dips. you usually do them leaning on one bench with your feet resting on another bench. i always do mine at the end of my tricep workout with a 45lb plate on my lap. doing them is easy, getting the plate on and off my lap is the hardest part.

handstand pushups are crazy! i can barely do 3!

NO It's something else, I saw it in this magazine, I'll try to find a diagram on the internet.
