Hey, I need a good cardio workout to compliment my
weight training. I am only 15, but I lift 5 days a week, and I need cardio to prepare myself for the upcoming 2 a day practices in football. I dont care how hard it is, I need something that will make me sweat and make me exhausted, I havent felt that "good" (yes I enjoy the feeling after the hardest workout of your life) in so so so long. What could I do, I am a big guy, 6'2'' 230 (lots of fat to burn, but im not just a fat blob, I workout constantly). I wish I could drop about 5 lbs in the next month or so of fat weight (not
water weight).
