I need a good cardio workout


Hey, I need a good cardio workout to compliment my weight training. I am only 15, but I lift 5 days a week, and I need cardio to prepare myself for the upcoming 2 a day practices in football. I dont care how hard it is, I need something that will make me sweat and make me exhausted, I havent felt that "good" (yes I enjoy the feeling after the hardest workout of your life) in so so so long. What could I do, I am a big guy, 6'2'' 230 (lots of fat to burn, but im not just a fat blob, I workout constantly). I wish I could drop about 5 lbs in the next month or so of fat weight (not water weight).

Try an HIIT cardio routine...

Warm-up 3-5 minute jog to get blood flowing
sprint for 10 sec
jog for 10 sec
sprint 10sec
jog 10 sec
sprint 20 sec
jog 20 sec
sprint 20 sec
jog 20 sec
Cool-down 3-5 minute jog
