i need a good workout


im 18 years old, and im lookin to geting bigger (im only 130 pounds)

i can only curl about 15-20 pounds

im vegetarian so there isnt much protien i can eat, so what r good suppliments to eat?

i do have whey protien, is it better to eat it b4 or after workout?

and what workout do you think i should start with? i have a benchpress in my room (i can only do about 80), and i have dumbells in my room

Welcome blackout. I suggest you look around the forum and read up a bit. There is a lot of knowledge here but it will take some time to look through it. There is a really good sticky at the top of this forum that can give you some direction.

Do you eat eggs and milk? If you do then it will be easier to gain muscle mass. Strict vegans have a tough time doing putting on size.

i do drink milk, and as for egg, i wont eat raw egg, but i wud eat it in somethign (dont ask why lol )

Do a search for 'vegan' or 'vegetarian'. The subject has been discussed several times before. No doubt you should be able to pick up some good ideas.
