Hi, I've been working out for about a year now and have had pretty decent results from it. My workout as of now consists of just basic things that I do every other day such as working all muscle groups in one day. I want to take a step up and just work certain muscle groups on different days.
I workout on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Does anyone out their have a good routine which I can try?
Any help will be apreciated.
