flat bench, flat db bench, incline db bench, incline bb bench, decline db bench, decline bb bench, dips

try all of those, as for the ladies part with pec's look in ur genetic code for that my friend, god gave you what he gave you, its how you use what you got to ur advantage.

i guess my advise is find what best works for you, i had no clue what a skullcrusher was but now that i added them my triceps are more defined because of them.

as far as being "toned" look to the BF% for that

What is you bodyfat/diet? What is your weight training routine (not just chest)?

Do incline bench first before you do flat bench, sure you won't be able to do quite as much on the flat bench but I'm sure the guy on the squat rack won't notice. I have been doing incline first for about 5 months now and my upper chest is more defined.

I would honestly keep it simple... do incline dumbells, flat bench, and decline, 4sets for each with 1 warmup before just on flat bench.

That is even too much... I normally do 4sets flat, 2sets incline and 1 heavy set decline... becuase in all of them your chest is being worked top or bottom, muscle fatigue is muscle fatigue.. i see 12sets too much for any bodypart. Lots of people I know do crazy amounts of sets... and lots of exercises =/ I can't figure it out.

Big Heavy Weight + Huge Intensity + Minimum Sets = big gains in my opinion, nobody that benches say 350lb flat bench can have a small upper or lower chest...

I had this problem too, after listining to my friends advice i worked on the bench press and free weights with high inclination instead of flat and there were improvements in not time
